We are committed to ensuring that your experience, from placing your order to the unboxing of your handcrafted piece, is nothing short of extraordinary. Please review our shipping, return, and exchange policies below.


1. Order Processing & Shipping

Order Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For orders within the continuous United States, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Insured Shipping: Complimentary on all orders. (3-5 business days)
  • Express Priority: Calculated at checkout based on location. (1-2 business days)

* Please note: Because of the high value of our products, all deliveries require a direct adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via select international couriers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Univendeur is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Univendeur purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gracefully accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Condition of the Item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must incorporate all original packaging materials, including the dust bag, authenticity cards, wrapping, and the specialized University transport box. Any protective film on hardware must remain intact.

If the item shows any signs of wear, styling, or damage not present at the time of original shipment, the return will be respectfully declined and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bespoke customized or monogrammed items.
  • Limited edition archive sale pieces marked as "Final Sale".
Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance atelier. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or model, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot reserve inventory for exchanges while a return is in transit.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to transit or manufacturing, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours). Please retain all original packaging and photograph the damage. We will organize an immediate consultation and expedite an overnight replacement at no cost to you.
