Refunds & Returns

1. Return Policy

At Univendeur Inc, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your luxury bag purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the bag must be absolutely unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and tightly secured in its original packaging with all tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags attached.

3. Process for Returns

Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label. All returns must be safely shipped back to our facility in the Bronx, New York using the provided label.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected in our Bronx warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Non-returnable Items

Custom orders, personalized bags, and final sale items are not eligible for a return.
